Information contained within this webpage is aimed to assist and guide you during your time attending the 2023 Solheim Cup. Details are subject to change in line with changes from the Event Organizer’s so please do refer back to this often for the most up to date information on daily coach schedules.

Accomodation
Bienvenidos to the Marbella Club Hotel Golf Resort & Spa!
Please note that you will not have an individual reservation number for check in at the Marbella Club. The reservation in place is a group booking on behalf of Celtic Golf. Check in at the hotel with your name and ‘Celtic Golf.’ You will need proof of ID and a major credit card for proof of incidentals.
After check-in at the Marbella Club Hotel, please make sure to check in with the Celtic Golf Team at our Hospitality Desk in the Prince Alfonso Meeting Room, in the lobby, to confirm your email address and provide your passport number to assist with the distribution of your tickets to the event.
Tickets
Tickets to the Solheim Cup will be distributed electronically on the evening of Tuesday, September 19th.
After check-in at the Marbella Club Hotel, please make sure to check in with the Celtic Golf Team at our Hospitality Desk in the Prince Alfonso Meeting Room, in the lobby, to confirm your email address and provide your passport number to assist with the distribution of your tickets to the event.
Celtic Golf team members will also be available on Wed, Sep 20th, 2023 between 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the dedicated hospitality desk in the Prince Alfonso Meeting Room, in the lobby, to answer any questions or help with tickets.
Event Transport
Important: All guests of Celtic Golf will receive a Celtic Golf Lanyard with a USA themed sticker; this will act as your transport pass (for Celtic Golf buses only) for the week. This will be included in the welcome bag which will be provided at the Celtic Golf Hospitality Desk on Tue, Sep 19th on arrival/check in at the hotel or the morning of Wed, Sep 20th between 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Departure Times for the Solheim Cup – departure times to & from the Solheim Cup at Finca Cortesin will be advised in this section below as well as displayed in the hotel lobby for ease of reference.
Please arrive 5 minutes ahead of the advised departure times to assist with timely departures to/from Finca Cortesin.

Arrival Day - After check-in at the Marbella Club Hotel, please make sure to check in with the Celtic Golf Team at our Hospitality Desk in the Prince Alfonso Meeting Room, in the lobby, to confirm your email address and provide your passport number to assist with the distribution of your tickets to the event. - Cocktail Reception 6:30-7:30 PM at Rudi’s Bar at the hotel.

- Free day at leisure to enjoy the Marbella, Club, Marbella & Surrounds. - 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Celtic Golf team members will be at the dedicated hospitality desk in the Prince Alfonso Meeting Room, in the lobby, to answer any questions or help with tickets.
THUR
Sept 21
GOLF / PRACTICE ROUND / OPENING CEREMONY - Golf at Real Club Valderrama *Coach departs the hotel for Real Club Valderrama: 12:00 PM. Golf at Real Club Valderrama: 1:15 PM. (exact tee time and pairings to be advised on the day) *Coach departs Real Club Valderrama for hotel: 6:00 PM - Solheim Cup PRACTICE ROUND *Coach departs hotel for course: 7:30 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM *Coach departs course for hotel: 1:00 PM, 2:30 PM, 4:00 PM - Opening Ceremony 6:00-7:00 PM at Marbella Arena (gates open at 5:30 PM) *Coach departs hotel for Marbella Arena: 5:15 PM *Coach departs Marbella Arena for hotel: 7:30 PM **Free Concert as part of the Opening Ceremony - Queen Tribute concert: starts at 8:00 PM There will be food & drink venues (payable directly) available within the confines of Marbella Arena *Please arrive 5 minutes ahead of the advised departure times to assist with timely departures to/from Finca Cortesin. **Guests remaining on for the free concert or locally for dinner are responsible for making their own way back to the hotel.

- Solheim Cup FINAL ROUND *Coach departs hotel for course: 7:30 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM *Coach departs course for hotel at: 5:00 PM, 6:30 PM, 8:00 PM - Solheim Cup Closing Ceremony at 6:30 PM at Andalucia Plaza *Please arrive 5 minutes ahead of the advised departure times to assist with timely departures to/from Finca Cortesin.
MON
Sept 25
- Departure Day Departure transfers have been arranged on your behalf. Last included group transportation departs the Marbella Club at 11:00 AM, any transportation after 11:00 AM is the responsibility of the traveler.
Suggested Driver Gratuity: it is customary for drivers to receive a gratuity at the end of a trip. Our recommendations is Euro 5.00 —10.00 per person per day. The Celtic Golf Team will carry out a collection on behalf of the drivers within the group.
