Golf Digest features tour recommendations from Celtic Golf

Here are four sample Irish itineraries for September 2009 prepared by Jerry Quinlan's Celtic Golf, a New Jersey tour operator. (Airfare is not included.) Quinlan says they're 15 to 20 percent cheaper than a year ago, thanks to the stronger dollar and price cuts designed to lure more tourists. For savings of nearly 20 percent more, go in October instead of September.
