Quinlan Tours Terms and Conditions
Payments
A two hundred dollar non refundable deposit per person for land package is required to initiate a booking. Final payment is due sixty days prior to tour departure. All prices are per person based on twin occupancy. For escorted tours, a two hundred fifty dollar non refundable deposit per person for land package is required; final payment is due seventy days prior to tour departure.
Air Transportation
Air inclusive prices are based on early booking and full payment within 24 hours of booking. Roundtrip airfare is based on current tariffs and is subject to change by the airlines. Airfare is based on economy class, instant purchase, non-refundable type fares and is not guaranteed until purchased. Your name on your passport must match that on your airline ticket. Once ticket is issued, a charge for any change or cancellation applies. Quinlan Tours is not responsible for cancelled or delayed flights.
Cancellation Policy
Written notice of your cancellation should be mailed or faxed to Quinlan Tours as soon as possible. Cancellation fees are as follows:
$200.00 is non-refundable plus any deposits that have been sent to vendors including airline tickets issued;
$500.00 will be charged between 44 and 21 days prior to departure;
75% of tour cost will be charged between 20 and 8 days prior to departure;
No refund will be given within 7 days of departure.
In no case will refunds be made for unused portions of the booked itinerary. Quinlan Tours reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service and to decline to accept or retain any tour member at any time for any reason.
Changes
Once a program has been booked and confirmed, an administrative fee of $35.00 will be charged for each subsequent change in the tour.
Documents
Upon receipt of full payment, traveler will receive a detailed itinerary and all necessary travel documents within ten days of departure. Once released, all documents will become the responsibility of the client. If the documents are required earlier than 10 days prior because passengers are leaving home in advance of the tour booked, we need sufficient notice to arrange for early delivery by regular service. Late bookings will incur an express service delivery charge.
Insurance
Travel insurance for accident, baggage and trip cancellation protection is recommended. Details and applications are provided to all passengers with confirmed booking or upon request. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you must sign an Insurance Waiver Form. Please note: the exclusion for pre-existing conditions is waived provided the premium for this policy is received no later than 7 days after the initial deposit/payment for your Trip and you are not disabled from travel when you pay your premium. This policy may not be purchased after you have made your final payment for your trip.
Passports
US citizens are required to have a current passport. No exceptions will be made.
Prices
All tour costs are provided in US Dollars. Quinlan Tours reserves the right to alter prices at any time prior to departure and without prior notice if circumstances so warrant. Any devaluation or revaluation of currencies may affect published prices.
Responsibilities
Quinlan Tours has contracted with independent contractors in securing and booking the services provided in their tours and is not responsible for any negligent act and/or omissions of these independent contractors, their employees, agents, servants or representatives. Quinlan Tours gives notice that in issuing coupons, vouchers or tickets for travel conveyance or transport by any means, and in making arrangements for golf, hotels or other accommodations, they are acting not as principals but as agents only for the companies, corporations or persons providing or offering their service. Quinlan Tours is not responsible or liable, with respect to person or property, for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity however sustained or suffered during any trip or tour arranged by them. The responsibility and liability of international air carriers are subject to international conventions limiting their liability, which limitations of liability are contained on the reverse side of your airline ticket and form part of the terms and conditions hereof.
Travel Agents
Travel Agents warrant that each client has been provided with and advised to carefully review a copy of the foregoing Terms and Conditions and that the customer fully understands that he/she is subject to said requirements and policies. Final Payment is accepted by agency check only.
