Booking a trip with Celtic Golf
General Information
Payments
In order to initiate a tour, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the tour cost per person is required at time of booking. All golf and accommodations are subject to availability.

Insurance
Travel insurance for accident, baggage and trip cancellation protection is recommended. Details and applications are provided to all passengers with confirmed booking or upon request. Please note: the exclusion for Pre-Existing Conditions is waived provided the premium for this policy is received no later than 7 days after the initial deposit/payment for your Trip and you are not disabled from travel when you pay your premium. This policy may not be purchased after you have made your final payment for your trip.
Air Transportation
Celtic Golf has a full service airline department that will assist you in making airline reservations. All airfares are based on current tariffs. All fares are subject to government approval and are subject to change without notice. Airfares require advance purchase and are non-refundable. Airfares are guaranteed once they have been paid in full and ticketed. A charge for changes or cancellations will be applied after tickets have been issued. Your name on your passport must match that on your ticket. Jerry Quinlan’s Celtic Golf is not responsible for cancelled or delayed flights.
Carts
Pull carts are available at most golf courses. Motorized carts are only available on a limited basis at very few courses and must be requested in advance; however, they cannot be guaranteed. The golfer must pay all cart fees directly to the Golf Club.
Caddies
Can be requested in advance at most golf clubs. The golfer makes payment directly to the Golf Club or Caddie. Fees for caddies that are requested and not used will be the responsibility of the golfers in the group.
Course Selection
All golf is subject to course availability. In the event a particular course is unavailable, a course of equal value will be substituted. The actual sequence of the courses listed in our scheduled tours may also change due to course availability.
Documents
Upon receipt of full payment, traveler will receive a detailed itinerary and all necessary travel documents. Once released, all documents will become the responsibility of the client. Late bookings will incur an express service delivery charge.
Handicaps
It is required that all golfers carry a current handicap certificate as an increasing number of courses require visiting players to be a member of a golf club. In some cases, certain maximum handicap restrictions apply. All golf professionals must supply us with a copy of their PGA card at time of booking to be guaranteed any discounted green fees.
Prices
All tour costs are provided in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change due to currency fluctuation.
Cancellations
Celtic Golf should be notified in writing as soon as possible of any cancellations.
Cancellation Penalty Per Person

89 - 60 days prior to departure 50% Refund
59 - 30 days prior to departure 25% Refund
29 days or less prior to departure No Refund
Refunds cannot be made for unused portions of the booked itinerary. Celtic Golf reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service and to decline to accept or retain any tour member at any time for any reason.
Changes
Once a program has been booked and confirmed, an administrative fee of $50.00 will be charged for each subsequent change in the tour.
Responsibilities
Celtic Golf has contracted with independent contractors in securing and booking the services provided in their tours and is not responsible for any negligent act and/or omissions of these independent contractors, their employees, agents, servants or representatives. Celtic Golf gives notice that in issuing coupons, vouchers or tickets for travel conveyance or transport by any means, and in making arrangements for golf, hotels or other accommodations, they are acting not as principals but as agents only for the companies, corporations or persons providing or offering their service. Celtic Golf is not responsible or liable, with respect to person or property, for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity however sustained or suffered during any trip or tour arranged by them. The responsibility and liability of international air carriers are subject to international conventions limiting their liability, which limitations of liability are contained on the reverse side of your airline ticket and form part of the terms and conditions hereof.
Travel Agents
Travel Agents warrant that each client has been provided with and advised to carefully review a copy of the foregoing Terms and Conditions and that the customer fully understands that he/she is subject to said requirements and policies. Final payment is accepted by agency check only!
